As we all know that it is simple to score in Chemistry than Physics Mathematics and Biology. So if we aim perfection than more marks are able to achieve in MHT-CET. For that regular revising is the only way out.
Out of the 4 subjects Chemistry and Biology are the 2 subjects in which regular study is required. There reason behind this is that these two subjects has lots of factual data and many similar things. If you don't revise then u will tumble in confusion when u study after a long break. So revise twice or at least thrice a day so that you are in touch.
Starting with Solution and Colligative Properties first study the theoretical part which is actually difficult so if u study 4-5 times then also you will have a grip in this chapter. No need to study the experiment part. For numerical first write 2-3 times formulas from HSC textbook. Read the solved examples which are actually the base examples for your preparation. There are some numerical given in the textbook which is solved. So solve them and if you find some problems difficult then buy navneet hsc chemistry - 1. It has solutions of each and every question given in the textbook. After that for MHT-CET I advice you to read the synopsis of Scholars throughly as it will give you an idea of theories asked in cet. Above I have told you not to study the experiment part from textbook so do that from scholars. To aim perfection solved MCQ's from marvel and scholars.
For Chemical thermodynamics and energetics revise synopsis of scholars, himalaya and marvel. No need to do HSC in this chapter. Do solve numerical from scholars. Also read solved numerical from marvel- problems in chemistry. Formulas are simple but their application is tricky so read the questions carefully while you solve.
For Ionic Equilibrium do hsc textbook solved examples. Nothing else from hsc textbook. Read synopsis from scholars and himalaya. Solve MCQ's from marvel. Preparation for this chapter is more than enough. There are many books which will give you formulas for buffer related problems. Please don;t do that as it is not in the syllabus.
For Electrochemistry DO everything from scholars and marvel. More than enough. The chapter is simple in terms of numerical. It's definitely a scoring chapter. Prepare theory properly from hsc textbook and scholar synopsis.
For Nuclear Chemistry first and foremost read completely 2-3 times hsc textbook. May new things are added in this chapter which is not available in other books except navneet. So for this chapter I recommend you to do from hsc textbook and navneet properly. If you feel still you have not achieved perfection den solve naveet cet book. Also for numerical do formulas from marvel - problems in chemistry. From that book do the formula and relevant examples.
For Chemical Kinetics first and foremost read hsc textbook perfectly. After that solve marvel. More than sufficient. I also recommend you to go through the exercises part solutions of hsc textbook form navneet chemistry - 1. It will help you to increase perfection in this chapter
For D-block elements. I advice you to remember as much as possible by heart the elements as any element in between is asked in MHT-CET. This sometimes becomes the deciding chapter. I know you cannot learn the elements . But the solution for this is study the mnemonics . In my blog i have given mnemonics for both D and F block element chapter. Don't forget that as it is asked many times in MHT-CET. Also study this chapter from hsc textbook and scholars only. More than enough
